These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at diamondedge.clinic (the "Site"), operated by Diamond Edge TMS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose only

The Site is an informational and educational resource about Diamond Edge TMS and the psychiatric services it offers, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), psychotherapy, and medication management. The content on the Site is provided for general information only.

No medical advice

The Site does not provide medical advice. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Site.

No doctor-patient relationship

Using the Site, contacting us through the Site, or reading its content does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Diamond Edge TMS or Dr. Jerald Block. A doctor-patient relationship is established only through a formal intake process and an in-person or telehealth appointment.

Appointment requests and third-party services

Appointment requests, patient forms, and related booking functions are handled by third-party services, including the practice's patient portal and scheduling provider (Treatspace). When you follow a link to book an appointment or otherwise leave the Site, you are subject to the terms, privacy policies, and security practices of those third parties, not these Terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the arrangement of that material — are the property of Diamond Edge TMS or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair the Site, or that interferes with any other party's use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its supporting systems.
