Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: July 22, 2026

Diamond Edge TMS is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Access to health information should not depend on a person's abilities, the device they use, or the way they navigate the web. We treat digital accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (opens in new tab) at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Where it is practical to do so, we also adopt Level AAA enhancements, such as stronger color contrast and larger interactive targets.

What we have done

Recent accessibility work on this website includes:

Ongoing effort and known limitations

Accessibility is never finished. Some content is provided through third parties we do not fully control — for example, the appointment-request and patient-portal tools hosted by our scheduling provider, and the embedded map on our contact page. We work to choose accessible third-party services and to provide accessible alternatives, such as a phone number and address, wherever an embedded tool may present a barrier.

How to report a barrier

If you encounter any part of this website that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to respond and to fix the issue promptly.

When you contact us, please describe the page or feature involved and the problem you experienced. That helps us reproduce and resolve it faster.

Our commitment

We treat accessibility barriers as defects and prioritize fixing them. We review this statement and reassess the site's conformance periodically, and after significant changes to the website, and we update the "Last reviewed" date above when we do.
